Digital Twin Engineer (Permanent)

Responsibilities

• Build factory-scale digital twin environments using NVIDIA Omniverse and OpenUSD .
• Develop 3D models and physics-based simulations for factory equipment, production lines, and surrounding environments.
• Develop real-time visualization dashboards and integrate IoT sensor data with digital twin environments.
• Execute and validate CFD and thermal simulations for heat dissipation and airflow optimization in chemical plants.
• Prepare technical documentation, simulation reports, and operation manuals for technology handover.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling, simulation development, or digital twin development.
• Working knowledge of NVIDIA Omniverse, OpenUSD , or comparable platforms such as Unreal Engine or Unity .
• Strong Python programming skills, including automation pipelines, scripting, and extension/tool development.
• Experience with CAE/CFD simulation and validation , preferably using ANSYS, OpenFOAM , or equivalent tools.
• Experience with IoT platform integration and/or deploying digital twin or simulation solutions in factory/on-site industrial environments .
