Accounting Staff

Our client, a premier architecture & construction company specializing in high-end luxury villas and commercial projects, is looking for an Accounting Staff. Placement: Kerobokan, Bali. (WFO)

Please see the requirements below. Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the month-end closing process and preparation of financial statements.
• Recording and inputting financial transactions.
• Managing and monitoring AP & AR.
• Performing bank and account reconciliation.
• Ensuring completeness of documents and accuracy of transaction classification.
• Preparing supporting data and documents for accounting and tax purposes.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.50
• Proven proficiency in accounting software, with experience in Xero or Jurnal required
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting
• Experience in a construction company is preferred
• Excellent proactive communication and presentation skills
• Willing and able to work on-site at our office in Bali
