Role Overview

Are you a relationship-driven professional who enjoys working with business owners and decision-makers? Our firm is seeking a Corporate Wealth Manager to join our advisory team and support corporate clients, SME owners and senior executives with their business and personal wealth planning needs.

In this role, you will help clients look at the whole picture, including business protection, employee benefits, succession planning and personal wealth accumulation. The role offers flexible working hours within a professional corporate environment, and is supported by structured training, mentorship and a clear pathway to career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Client Development: Identify, engage and build long-term relationships with business owners, directors and key executives.
• Business Needs Analysis: Assess clients’ business and personal financial objectives to recommend suitable solutions, such as keyman protection, buy-sell arrangements, group employee benefits and business continuity planning.
• Personal Wealth Planning: Provide tailored advice on wealth accumulation, retirement, protection and legacy planning for business owners and their families.
• Portfolio & Plan Reviews: Conduct regular reviews to keep recommendations aligned with clients’ evolving business circumstances, goals and risk profiles.
• Market & Product Insight: Stay up to date with market developments, regulatory changes and product updates to give informed, timely advice.
• Collaboration: Work with internal specialists and product partners to structure solutions for more complex client needs.
