*Job Overview* We are seeking a fun, experienced supervisor to assist our Manager in our operations and drive success in our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fun and children, and the ability to lead by example. This role requires excellent customer service skills, and remaining composed during peak hours.

*Responsibilities*

• Ensuring a high standard of customer service and safe environment
• Assist manager in fostering a positive work environment.
• Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions, inventory management, and reporting.
• Ensuring that all processes, duties are completed to standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in goals and expectations.

*Requirements*

• Proven experience in supervising or a similar role.
• Punctuality
• Proficiency with POS systems and retail sales processes.
• Experience in customer facing roles
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively.
