Job Summary

Glow Food seeks a proactive Manager to oversee operations across six kiosks, ensuring smooth workflows, food hygiene, waste control, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across six kiosks to ensure consistent service delivery and operational efficiency
• Monitor food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency across all kiosks
• Enforce strict food hygiene and safety standards to comply with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate ordering of supplies and ingredients to maintain optimal stock levels
• Track inventory across kiosks and implement measures to reduce wastage through efficient planning
• Analyze daily sales reports to identify improvement opportunities and support sales target achievement
• Motivate and guide kiosk staff to meet performance goals and enhance customer service quality
• Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate manpower coverage during peak hours
• Assist in training, onboarding, and evaluating staff performance to build a competent team
• Provide regular operational, sales, and staffing updates to management for informed decision-making
• Support implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and continuous operational improvements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in F&B, kiosk, or quick-service management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and oversee multiple kiosks simultaneously
• Hands-on, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
• Food Hygiene officer certifcated
