Compliance & Policy Maintain HR records and contracts

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies

Draft and update HR policies and SOPs

Benefits Administration Manage medical, insurance, and leave entitlements

Coordinate employee welfare programs

Strategic HR Support Support workforce planning and budgeting

Provide HR data insights to management

Key Skills Strong knowledge of HR laws and payroll systems
