Your tasks
- Provide professional spa and wellness treatments in accordance with established service standards.
- Serve clients professionally and ensure a comfortable, satisfactory spa experience.
- Assess clients' treatment preferences and recommend suitable spa services.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure all spa equipment and treatment materials are properly handled and maintained.
- Manage client appointments and maintain accurate treatment records where required.
- Observe appropriate health, safety, and hygiene procedures during treatments.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent customer-service skills.
- Assist with daily spa operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Promote available spa services and products when appropriate.
- Perform other relevant duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a related beauty and wellness role is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques, body treatments, or related wellness services is desirable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail.
- Good personal grooming and professional presentation.
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
