Responsibilities:
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses according to customer requirements.
- Review, distribute, coordinate & control project related documents and sample submission.
- Document all necessary data, acceptance and implementation procedures and all activities required for the project.
- Provides technical support in solving product quality problems and ensure product quality & capacity is achieved according to requirements & plan.
- Provide reports to department manager regarding project progress and project status.
- Coordinate with all internal department for all project requirements before start of production.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in mechanical-related/technical related discipline or a Diploma with equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering management.
- Mechanical product or Molding related process experience is an added advantage.
- Taking initiative to coordinate projects and good project management skills.
- An independent fast learner with a keenness to learn.
- Strong time management skills and analytical skills.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills with external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
