We are currently looking for 1 Tender Manager (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

• Independent coordination and processing of national and international tenders

• Analysis of tender documents as well as evaluation of technical, economic, and legal requirements

• Coordination with internal interfaces (Sales, Technology, Production, Quality, Legal)

• Creation, coordination, and timely submission of complete tender documents

• Ensuring the formal and substantive conformity of the offers

• Follow-up of tenders as well as support during negotiations and contract awards

• Further development and standardization of internal tender and quotation processes

• Ongoing market and competitor analysis

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical education (e.g., FH, University, HTL)

• Several years of professional experience in tender management within the international Defence environment, ideally in the field of short or long weapons

• Very good understanding of complex tender processes and contractual requirements

• Structured, precise, and independent way of working with high reliability regarding deadlines

• Strong communication and organizational skills as well as team orientation

• Fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage, but not required

For this position, a collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 4,767.21 gross per month applies. Market-conform overpayment is provided depending on qualification and experience.
