Globe Travel Retail is looking for its future BEAUTY EXPERT AMBASSADORS to join its teams in Duty Free at Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle Airport.

Your tasks

As a Beauty Expert Ambassador, you will be the brand's privileged representative and your main missions will be:

• Fully embody the brand's universe and values in order to offer a high-end customer experience;
• Welcome, advise, and assist customers in their purchases in a personalized manner;
• Perform product demonstrations and share your beauty expertise to create a unique and memorable experience;
• Develop sales and achieve the commercial objectives set by the represented brand;
• Build customer loyalty by proposing products adapted to the needs and expectations of each customer;
• Actively participate in the influence and development of the brand within the Duty Free area;
• Ensure the proper maintenance, cleanliness, and attractiveness of your sales area.

Requirements

• In an international airport environment, English is indispensable: you are comfortable exchanging with an international clientele in a fluid and professional manner;
• Proficiency in a second foreign language would be strongly appreciated;
• Passionate about the beauty universe, you follow the trends, innovations, and news of the sector with interest;
• You have an excellent presentation and polished elocution, in perfect alignment with the image of the prestige brands you represent;
• Recognized for your sense of service and interpersonal skills, you know how to create a personalized and high-quality customer experience;
• You possess confirmed experience in the beauty field, ideally in the luxury or retail universe.
