ICT SERVICES MANAGER - TALENT POOL

Responsibilities and duties

• Experience with teams and tools for monitoring environments, computing resources, service management, results, and indicators.
• Reading and interpreting information/alert messages, manuals, and technical texts in English.
• Operation of computing environments in cloud computing or hybrid (on premise and cloud).
• Organization, leadership, clear and objective communication, adaptation to standards, and commitment to results.
• Familiarity with GLPI, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, or equivalent ITSM tools.
• Understanding of IT service architecture and alignment with business needs.
• Leadership, motivation, and development of teams; planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Mastery of ITIL processes, SLAs, OLAs, IT governance, frameworks, and best practices.
• Development of strategic IT plans, data analysis, trends and risks, and decision-making.
• Innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements and qualifications

Education: Completed higher education degree in Information Technology; or completed higher education degree in any area and postgraduate studies in the Information Technology area, with a minimum workload of 360 hours.

Certifications: Scrum Foundation. ITIL 4 Foundation Certified.
