Program Development Intern

GlobalMind is looking for a Program Development Intern to support the development of our educational and international exposure programs
Responsibilities
- Develop and structure program packages for GlobalMind
- Research potential destinations, universities, institutions, and activities
- Assist in building and managing partnerships with relevant institutions
- Develop program itineraries, schedules, and activity plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Assist in preparing proposals and other program-related materials
Qualifications
- University student from any major, from early semesters to final year
- Interested in education, international programs, partnerships, or program development
- Strong communication, research, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable communicating in English is a plus
- Previous experience in organizations, events, projects, or partnerships is a plus
Internship Details Duration: 4 months Location: Jakarta / Yogyakarta Work Arrangement: Hybrid Internship Type: Unpaid internship with monthly transportation allowance
