Full Stack Software Developer

We are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing global team at Globalli, an HR tech SaaS company transforming how businesses manage global payroll, HCM, and workforce operations. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work across the technology stack on critical platform features, from backend APIs to frontend user interfaces. You will help build scalable, enterprise-grade systems with a strong focus on automation, AI integration, and high-performance architecture.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers in a fast-paced, highly collaborative startup environment. This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on both the product and the engineering practices that support its continued growth.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain core platform features across the frontend and backend

Contribute to technical decisions related to architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability

Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver intuitive and reliable user experiences

Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, standups, and other engineering activities

Help optimize platform performance, security, and data integrity for a global user base

Contribute ideas that improve platform usability, automation, engineering workflows, and developer experience

Help identify and resolve technical issues across the application stack

Tech Stack We Use

Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js

Backend: Node.js, Python, Express, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, GraphQL

DevOps: AWS, Docker, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Kubernetes

Other: Jira, Git, Figma, Notion

What You Will Bring

3 to 5 years of experience in full stack software development, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments

Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React and TypeScript, and backend services using Node.js or Python

Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments and agile engineering teams

Strong understanding of RESTful services, relational databases, API design, and software development best practices

Ability to write maintainable, scalable, secure, and well-tested code

Comfort working in a distributed, async-first environment

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across product, design, QA, and engineering

Nice to Have

Experience building HRIS, global payroll, workforce management, or other compliance-driven platforms

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS

Experience implementing authentication and authorization frameworks, including OAuth and SSO

Familiarity with internationalization (i18n), role-based access control, or GDPR compliance

Experience working with AI-enabled products or integrating AI capabilities into SaaS applications
