Job Profile
- Support of various equipment platforms in the ETCH area in leading technology nodes in semiconductor manufacturing
- Ensuring quality and timely maintenance and repairs
- Participation in projects to optimize throughput, material consumption, defect density, and equipment availability, taking into account cost/benefit ratios and risk assessment
- Systematic equipment monitoring using EC, SPC, APC, and FDC
- Creation and maintenance of operating instructions and specifications for equipment, documentation, and communication of equipment changes
- Ensuring cost minimization through efficient resource utilization, including parts management/2nd Sourcing and optimizations on the Shop Floor
- Collaboration with suppliers and equipment manufacturers in joint projects
- Technical support for Process Engineers and guidance of Maintenance Technicians in production
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, or a comparable course of study
- Initial experience with statistical process control and data analysis
- Quick comprehension and a general understanding of technical contexts
- Familiarity with standard PC software
- English language skills (at least C1) are required
- Enjoyment of communication and the exchange of knowledge in (intercultural) teams
Desired Qualifications
- Initial experience (e.g., as a working student, internship, or BA studies) in the semiconductor industry is an advantage
