Your tasks
Introduction Technical manager leading a team to develop and qualify BEOL process flows, recipes and BEOL devices for Power product platforms. Also supports new development of modules needed for advanced packaging.
Your Job
- Responsible for developing BEOL process flows, recipes and devices to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing
- Ensure methods and processes in place to test the devices and structures being developed
- Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed
- Manage a team responsible for development of BEOL process and devices for the Power product line
- Advanced packaging development for Power IVR
- Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions
- Interacts with internal and external customers on responsible items
Other Responsibilities
- Define technology roadmap for BeoL related for Power product line
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Education Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering or other relevant degree
- Years of Experience >15 years of semiconductor manufacturing/R&D
- Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters in Electrical Engineering
- R&D experience in semiconductor BEOL flow
- Experience in technical managing
