About the Department

The EHS-S (Environmental, Health, Safety & Security) department ensures that health, safety, and well-being are lived daily at GlobalFoundries. Our Health Center is an important point of contact for our employees and actively helps shape health offers and preventive measures at the site.

As part of our four-member team consisting of three health professionals and the Health Manager, you will take on a versatile role with a high degree of personal responsibility. Together, we ensure the occupational medical care of our employees and continuously develop health offers.

Job Profile

• Document management - Maintaining health and prevention records.
• Organization, preparation, and follow-up of occupational physician consultations.

• Appointment management as well as administrative activities.
• Independent creation and implementation of processes and the associated documentation regarding health prevention and general health work processes.

• You will perform blood sampling, vision, lung function, and hearing tests, as well as potentially other tasks in functional diagnostics, with confidence, and you also possess ready-to-use and up-to-date knowledge of vaccination recommendations and the administration of vaccinations.
• Support in the coordination of Occupational Health Management as well as measures for Occupational Health Promotion.

• Professional medical first aid in the event of work accidents or acute illnesses.
• Organization of transport for injured or acutely ill persons.

Required Qualifications

• You are the best fit for us if you have completed training as a certified healthcare and nursing professional, nursing specialist, or Medical Assistant (MFA) with qualified emergency competence. Ideally, you also have a qualification in the field of occupational medicine or are interested in further developing in this area.
• You are experienced in your daily workflows and are familiar with professional handling in medical emergency situations.

• You are empathetic and friendly, possess very good communication skills, maintain an appreciative manner, and enjoy working in a team.
• You bring organizational talent and are characterized by a high degree of independence and a rapid way of working.

• You independently recognize process changes and can implement them securely and in a coordinated manner.
• Your profile is rounded off by good computer skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing.
