Job Profile

• Troubleshooting and repair of complex electronic assemblies (power supplies, generators, motor drivers, control and measurement systems), often without complete circuit documentation
• Analysis of circuits and independent reconstruction of circuit logic when documentation is missing
• Organization and further development of spare parts management (availability, quality, procurement routes)
• Development and optimization of analysis and test solutions for sustainable fault diagnosis
• Active participation and implementation of improvement measures in the repair process (e.g., root cause analysis, prevention strategies)
• Support in training and transferring know-how within the workshop
• Full documentation of repairs including circuit layouts and analysis results

Required Qualifications

• Completed technical vocational training in the field of electrical engineering / electronics
• Further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman is an advantage
• Experience in the analysis and repair of electronic assemblies
• Good knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology, especially power electronics
• Ability to analyze complex error patterns in a structured manner and implement practical solutions
• Experience in using modern measurement technology for component and circuit analysis
• High degree of independence, problem-solving competence, and a pragmatic approach to malfunctions
• (Basic) knowledge of the English language in spoken and written form
• The activity takes place during day shifts (flexible working hours)
