CONSTRUCTION LABORER

Perform general labor and support tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, electricians, and other personnel as needed. Load, unload, carry, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment. Assist in preparing work areas and materials for construction, repair, and maintenance activities. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of work areas. Assist in mixing, preparing, and handling construction materials as required. Operate basic hand tools and equipment under proper supervision. Follow workplace safety rules, procedures, and instructions at all times. Properly handle and store tools, equipment, and materials to prevent damage or loss. Assist in site clean-up, waste disposal, and other housekeeping activities. Report damaged materials, unsafe conditions, or work-related concerns to the supervisor. Perform other related duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Qualifications/Requirements: Previous experience in construction, maintenance, warehouse, or general labor is an advantage. Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment. Willing to perform manual labor and work in different environments and weather conditions. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures properly. Basic knowledge of using hand tools and equipment is an advantage. Hardworking, reliable, and responsible. Good teamwork and communication skill. Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when required. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have a strong commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness.
