ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash balances. Prepare and file BIR, SEC, and BOI reports and compliance requirements on time. Conduct intercompany reconciliations and resolve outstanding balances. Prepare Trial Balance and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Monitor and reconcile employee liquidations, cash advances, and advances to suppliers. Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. Prepare schedules and reconciliations for audits and regulatory requirements. Create presentations and financial summaries for management meetings. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations. Support the Finance and Accounting team in daily accounting operations and special projects.
Qualifications/Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management. Experienced in performing monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany (interco) reconciliations. Knowledgeable in the preparation and filing of BIR, SEC, and BOI compliance reports and returns. Experienced in the preparation of Trial Balance and month-end closing activities. Skilled in monitoring employee liquidations, cash advances, and advances to suppliers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data. Knowledgeable in financial reporting and accounting record maintenance. Capable of preparing professional presentations and management reports. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
