QA Engineer (IPQA)

-In-process sampling check follow control plan. -SPC, LPC and cleanliness control and improvement. -Failure mode and effect analysis to perform CA/PA, 8D Report for customer complain. -Prepare quality reports and communicate them to customer on time. -Plan and organize customer audit and follow up improvement action. -Standard time & Work Study of each inspection gauge. -Process audit and improvement. -DPPM & Reject rate improvement. -Perform, review any assignment related to ISO 9001 procedure & work instruction. -Perform,review any assignment related to ISO/TS16949 procedure & work instruction. -Perform,review any assignment related to ISO13485 procedure & work instruction related. -Perform any other jobs assigned by QA Manager. -Experience in Instrument and measurment machine is an advantage.

Qualifications: Knowledge in quality management system and quality audit system. Good knowledge in MS and Minitab. Strong leadership, good personnlity, self motivated and active. Good command of English communications. Good knowledge of SPC, FMEA, APQP & PPAP, MSA, 8D, and GD&T. Experience with instrumentation and measurement equipment is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, Production, or related fields.
