Production Engineer

-Review customer drawings to consider requirements, tolerances, machinery, and materials -Coordinate with the production team to ensure on-time delivery, efficiency, production fill rate, output, and customer concerns -Design and oversee production processes and product quality to achieve maximum value from production resources such as programs, tools, machinery, and Cycle Time -Study and evaluate production processes, methods, and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency -Control production processes, methods, and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency -Perform Failure Analysis and implement corrective actions for production processes, methods, and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency -Prepare Preventive Action plans and implement effective root cause corrections -Improve and monitor production processes and working methods to achieve maximum efficiency -Improve and develop programs to increase output rates and reduce Cycle Time -Perform duties as assigned by management -Implement, review, and update ISO 9001 procedures and work instructions, including related documents -Implement, review, and update ISO 14001/TIS 18001 procedures and work instructions, including related documents -Implement, review, and update ISO 45001 procedures and work instructions, including related documents -Implement, review, and update AS9100 procedures and work instructions, including related documents

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling Engineering, or other related fields At least 1 year of experience in machining (CNC Lathe) + Milling, Wire Cut, 3/4/5 Axis Knowledge of computer usage and engineering software, basic CAD/CAM (MasterCam, HyperMILL, and SolidWorks) Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, APQP & PPAP, 8D, and production process design Good command of spoken and written English Leadership skills, good personality, enthusiastic, and proactive Special experience in MasterCAM, SOLIDWORKS, or HyperMILL will be given special consideration Experience in production processes, CNC programming, and tooling design Ability to design simple jigs and fixtures, and good ability to read and understand technical drawings (GD&T)
