Employee Relation / Employee Relations and Engagement
- Employee Relations & Disciplinary Management, Supervise and provide advice to supervisors and employees regarding compliance with working regulations, labor laws, and company policies, Manage the disciplinary investigation process and the issuance of warning letters or disciplinary actions in a fair, transparent, and legally compliant manner.
- Engagement & Corporate Activities, Plan, budget, and manage employee activities such as the Annual Party, Sports Day, CSR activities, Town Halls, and internal relationship-building events, Conduct Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys, analyze results, and propose action plans to improve the retention rate, Facilitate workplace Welfare Committee meetings and follow up on actions taken based on suggestions and feedback.
- RBA Standards (Responsible Business Alliance) & Compliance, Oversee operations to ensure full alignment with RBA standards, specifically in the Labor and Ethics pillars (e.g., prohibition of forced/underage labor, protection of foreign workers, working hours, benefits, and equal treatment).
- Prepare documentation, ensure readiness, and coordinate customer audits and RBA certification audits.
- ESG (Social) & CSR Initiatives, Drive ESG projects within the Social pillar, including Human Rights and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). Plan and execute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects for surrounding communities to enhance the company's corporate image.
- Internal Communication, Manage internal communication channels across the factory (bulletin boards, public address systems, internal applications) to ensure widespread dissemination of news, policies, and company activities.
- Other Assigned Tasks, Perform other HR-related tasks, special projects, or ad-hoc assignments as requested by the supervisor/HR Manager to support business goals and organizational needs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Law, Political Science, Social Sciences, or a related field. Deep knowledge and understanding of Thai labor laws and the Labor Protection Act. Sound knowledge of the RBA Code of Conduct, SA8000, or international labor standards. Strong skills in Event & Project Management for corporate activities. Good command of English (capable of communicating, corresponding via email, and presenting audit documentation). Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills. Conflict Management & EQ: High emotional intelligence (EQ), active listening skills, and the ability to manage conflicts fairly and diplomatically. Leadership & Teamwork: Strong leadership, assertiveness in decision-making, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
