IT Supervisor
1.Provide technical support and troubleshoot computers, IT equipment, hardware, and software. 2.Maintain network, internet, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall systems to ensure stable and continuous operation. 3.Manage servers, Windows Server, Active Directory, and user access permissions. 4.Create, update, and deactivate user accounts for new and departing employees. 5.Perform data backups, conduct recovery tests, and prepare for system failure or emergency situations. 6.Maintain system and data security and protect against viruses, cyberattacks, and data breaches. 7.Manage IT assets, equipment, software, and license records. 8.Coordinate with service providers, equipment vendors, and software companies. 9.Plan IT budgets, procurement activities, and IT projects. 10.Prepare reports, user manuals, and IT operating standards. 11.Supervise, assign, and monitor the performance of the IT team.
Qualifications: Male,Female aged 28–40 years old. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or networks, including supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of networks, servers, VPN, firewalls, Windows Server, and Active Directory. Able to install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT equipment. Knowledge of data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity. Able to manage IT assets, software licenses, vendors, and IT projects. Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and team management skills. Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively in the workplace. Responsible, able to work under pressure, and capable of handling urgent technical issues.
