Head of Metrology

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead a team of metrology engineers and technicians in a 24/7 wafer fab environment. Tool Management: Oversee the calibration, maintenance, and matching of critical metrology tools Yield & Quality: Analyze measurement data and track defect density to improve wafer yield and process stability. Recipe Development: Drive the creation and optimization of measurement recipes for new product introductions (NPI). Vendor Management: Work closely with tool vendors to upgrade hardware and resolve technical issues. Requirements Education: Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Physics , or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of metrology experience in a Semiconductor Wafer Fab , with at least 2 years leading a team. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of lithography/etch metrology, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis).
