Senior Design Architect

What will be your responsibilities? Development of architectural design projects for buildings housing critical infrastructures: data centres, telecommunications, control centres. From the first sketches to the development of plans. Drafting of preliminary projects, basic projects and executive projects. Solid knowledge in the regulatory field: urban planning regulations, CTE, and in the field of construction. Assistance to site management Participation in unique innovation projects in the field of energy efficiency in buildings.

This is the profile we are looking for Experience: minimum 5 years in designing preliminary projects, basic and executive projects, preferably in the industrial and commercial sector and with Consultant Firms Solid knowledge in the field of construction and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills – capable of leading meetings with clients, contractors and sub-consultants Demonstrable skills in design and graphic expression (project book).           Knowledge and experience in the use of BIM/AutodeskRevit   Knowledge and experience in the use of modelling and rendering software (sketchup Lumion, V-Ray etc).         Knowledge and experience in the use of image processing software (photoshop etc).
