Sales Engineer (Mechanical / Technical Sales)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outdoor sales activities to identify, source, and develop new clients.
• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot customer-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and the Japan headquarters to support customer requirements and projects.
• Travel overseas for business purposes, including periodic trips to Asian countries and the Japan headquarters.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Candidates with prior experience in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems/components .
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with outdoor sales and customer visits .
• Willing to travel overseas for business purposes, approximately once every few months , including travel to Japan and other Asian countries.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn technical products and applications.

Location: Bukit Batok Working Hours：8:30am-5:45pm (Mon-Fri, 5 days)
