Sales Coordinator

Working hours: 8am ~ 5pm, 5 days work week location: Boon lay, Bulim Process customer quotations, sales orders, and release orders accurately and promptly. Coordinate with the Planning team to align production schedules with customer delivery deadlines. Arrange shipments and monitor delivery progress to ensure on-time receipt by customers. Track orders and proactively follow up to meet customer delivery expectations. Responding to inquiries and providing order and shipment updates. Liaise between internally and customers to resolve technical questions and product requirements. Complete adhoc tasks assigned by the Management
