Customer Service Executive

Positive: Customer Service Executive Location: Woodlands Working Days: 5 Days Work Week Working Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm Salary: Up to $3,500

Job Scope:

• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments
• Follow up on delivery schedules and order status
• Handle basic documentation and administrative work

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Customer service / coordination experience preferred
• Good communication and organisational skills
