CNC Programmer (Turn/ Mill)

Hiring position: CNC Programmer (Turn/ Mill) Location: Bukit Batok Job Responsibilities:

1. Create and edit G-code and M-code programs for CNC milling and/or CNC turning machines.
2. Select appropriate cutting tools, tooling methods, cutting parameters, speeds and feeds.
3. Read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T, dimensions and tolerances.
4. achieve required accuracy, surface finish and productivity.
5. Conduct program simulation, prove-out and trial runs to identify and correct programming issues.
6. Work closely with CNC setters and machinists to ensure smooth production.
