CS Export & CS Import (Shipping Line)

Your tasks

• Receive Booking Space and manage cargo space on vessels (container ownership)
• Coordinate between customers, the shipping line, and Agents both domestically and internationally via Email
• Prepare and submit documents to the port, as well as coordinate with vessels and issue BL
• Close vessel documents after vessel departure in the internal system and send data summaries to the Accounting department
• Manage and open/close vessel data in the Customs system (TIFFA EDI program)

Requirements

1. Male or Female, aged 27 years and above, Thai nationality
2. Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields, with 3+ years of direct experience in the shipping line industry
3. Have knowledge and understanding of freight terms (Freight term)
4. Service-minded, patient, and able to complete tasks accurately and according to schedule
5. Good English communication skills, able to read and write emails
6. Positive attitude towards colleagues and the organization, with problem-solving and decision-making skills
7. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel </body>
