Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HRGA / HR Generalist
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations
  • Familiar with BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and employment administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly payroll administration, attendance, leave, overtime, and employee benefits
  • Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Prepare and maintain PKWT/PKWTT, employment letters, employee records, and other HR documents
  • Maintain and update employee data and HR administration
  • Handle General Affairs activities, including office facilities, assets, vendors, and operational needs
  • Coordinate with employees, management, and external parties regarding HRGA matters
  • Ensure HR administration and practices comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations
  • Support other HRGA-related operational and administrative activities as required
