Purchasing Specialist

Job duties: We are looking for a determined and responsible specialist to work in the international procurement management department. You will work with international suppliers and participate in the process of goods procurement and delivery. Job duties: -Management of purchases and suppliers. -Procuring the right goods at the right price. Ensuring timely delivery. -Compiling calculation tables for determining the cost price of goods. Based on these, preparing business offers for clients in a prescribed form. -Cooperation and communication with reliable suppliers. Searching for, evaluating, and analyzing suppliers. Comparative analysis of supplier prices. Management of the supplier portfolio (at least 60-90). -Conducting negotiations by telephone to expedite the making of offers and emailing international suppliers. -Shaping the product range. Analysis of supplier offers and analysis of the presence of analogous goods and competitors in the market. -Analysis of inventory and submitting new orders to suppliers. Checking the remaining shelf life of products. Checking sales levels. -Preparation and conclusion of contracts with suppliers of goods and services. -Conducting analysis of contract terms, systematic analysis and creation of a risk matrix, dealing with special risk analysis resources. Assisting in the formation of supporting documents for the shipment of goods: invoice, packing list, application with goods description, CMR, specification etc. -Dealing with complaints -Preparation of reports for the manager
