The Operations Integration Director is responsible for execution of operations strategies aligned with business strategy,execute on all supply relevant aspects for NPD, execution of growth initiatives,build and execute business continuity plans and monitoring supply performance &metrics for Genomic Medicine business unit products.

This position reports to VP/GM Viral Vector and is part of the Genomic Medicine organisation located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Peridodically execute performance analysis (OTD, PDBL,GSA) build reports incl. executive reporting materials, (monthly and quarterly reviews for senior leadership and on demand). Identify and drive actions to sustain & improve performance.
• Monitoring supply performance, identifying risks and constraints, and build, drive, and coordinating mitigation actions across regions (APAC, China, EMEA, USCAN) in close collaboration with Customer Service, Commercial, Operations and Planning teams.
• Driving cross-functional alignment on business continuity, stocking strategies, supply models and operational priorities, in cooperation with Product Management, sites and OpCo stakeholders. Set up Business Strategic Operations roadmap, identify key supply chain risks for franchise and devise mitigation plans for execution.
• Leading strategic Operations initiatives and overseeing execution, including make-or-buy decisions, footprint strategy, product transfers, new product introductions, long-term operational planning for InCountry for Country/In-region for region and drive Cytiva China strategy for Genomic Medicine in alignment with China Commercial leadership.
• Providing data analysis, supporting critical customer needs and ensuring alignment across functions and sites (Business Unit, Commercial and Finance leadership).

Who you are:

• Bachelors/master’s in engineering or science with 15 plus years of experience.
• Communication: Interpersonal skills that build productive relationships and influence others, both within the business and across organizations. Ability to interact with all levels of the business, strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness,and implements decisions in an effective and reliable manner. Demonstrate sexcellent problem-solving abilities and strong network thinking.

• Analytical Problem Solving: Able to identify problems; apply structured and disciplined methodology to identify root cause using data; leverage DBS and Kaizen continuous improvement.Innovative and effective solution development, risk mitigation and execution.
• Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
• Ability to travel up to 15-20%
