Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities: 1) Prepare clients monthly progress claim 2) Verify Subcontractors monthly progress claim, andrecommend subcontractor'smonthly progress payment 3) Review and prepare letter of award forsub-contractors and negotiate terms andconditions and LOA clauses with subcontractors 4) Finalise subcontract and main contract’s finalaccount. 5) Able to meet tight deadlines Qualifications: 1) Bachelor's Degree in Building, ConstructionManagement, Quantity Surveyor orequivalent. 2) Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills and a teamplayer 3) Minimum 2 years’ local experience as QS inConstruction industry
