• Functional and disciplinary leadership of a team in financial accounting

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to UGB

• Ongoing accounting (account reconciliations, accruals and deferrals, and P&L analyses)

• Preparation and reporting of taxes (UVA, preparation of documents for our foreign branches, etc.)

• Control of the payment run and ensuring payment processes

• Contact person for banks, authorities, tax advisors, and auditors

• Optimization of processes in accounting (digitization, ERP)

Your profile - what you bring with you

• Completed commercial training (HAK/business studies)

• Successfully completed Bilanzbuchhalter examination

• At least 4 years of professional experience in accounting (ideally in an international industrial environment)

• Sound knowledge of accounting and financial reporting according to UGB and EStG

• Motivating leadership personality with the ability to lead a team functionally and disciplinarily

• Proficient MS Office skills (especially Excel)

• Very good understanding of accounting processes and ERP systems

• Good knowledge of English

• Our salary basis is the Kollektivvertrag for employees in the metal industry. We offer a market-conforming all-in gross monthly salary starting from € 4,300. Depending on education and experience, there is a willingness to provide overpayment.
