Organization of international transports, export documentation, payment security, purchasing & logistics coordination - exciting tasks in a global environment!

Your tasks - what to expect

• Organization and coordination of international transports

• Independent creation and processing of export-relevant documents as well as ensuring compliance with export-relevant regulations

• Processing of payment security instruments (Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees) as well as their processing in coordination with banks

• Communication and cooperation with international customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and banks

• Purchasing processing including requirements planning, supplier selection, schedule control, and complaint management

• Administrative support, system maintenance, master data maintenance, and order processing taking into account the applicable purchasing processes

• Checking of order confirmations and invoices as well as cost control, monitoring, and if necessary, re-tendering of logistics services

Your profile - what you bring to the table

• Completed commercial training (HAK/HBLA or apprenticeship, e.g., with a focus on forwarding/logistics or customs)

• Or a technical education (HTL) with relevant professional experience in the field of logistics and export

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the field of logistics, Supply Chain, export, or purchasing

• Structured way of working and high organizational skills

• Good knowledge of English, another foreign language is an advantage

Our salary basis is the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. We offer a market-conform gross monthly salary starting from € 2,918.14. Depending on education and experience, there is a willingness to provide overpayment.
