Your tasks - what awaits you

• Responsibility for the management of international plant construction projects in the field of large-scale projects as well as leading an intercultural team

• Temporal planning of projects and monitoring of schedules for all project phases, including Engineering and delivery

• Quality, cost, and deadline tracking throughout the entire project duration

• Interface between customers and internal departments for all project-relevant requirements

• Responsibility for change management, claims, contract correspondence, etc.

• Regular reporting to management as well as customer communication

Your profile - what you bring with you

• Completed education (HTL, FH, Uni) in the field of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering, or similar

• At least 10 years of experience in leading complex plant construction projects in an international environment, possibly in Joint-Venture constellations

• Sound understanding of business contexts as well as confident handling of contractual legal issues

• Experience in leading project teams

• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or FIDIC are an advantage

• Knowledge of project management methods and tools such as MS Project

• High degree of self-responsibility and initiative as well as strong communication and assertiveness

• Approx. 20% willingness to travel, predominantly international

• Corresponding knowledge of English

Our salary basis is the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. We offer a market-conform gross monthly salary starting from € 5,000. Depending on education and experience, there is a willingness to provide overpayment.
