Shape the future with us as: 1 Mechanical Supervisor (m/w/d) - Assignments predominantly in the DACH region In this role, you are responsible on-site at construction sites for the professional assembly of hydropower plant systems according to planning specifications. You ensure strict compliance with time requirements and lead the assembly team precisely to guarantee the highest efficiency and quality in execution.

Your tasks - what awaits you

• Coordination of tasks on-site to guarantee optimal use of resources and compliance with specifications

• Enforcement of safety guidelines and quality standards, provision and implementation of training

• Supervision and support of mechanics and workers

• Management of the use and maintenance of machines and equipment

• Creation of progress reports for managers, technicians, and other responsible persons

Your profile - what you bring with you

• Completed vocational training (apprenticeship, HTL) with a focus on mechanical engineering or a related field

• Sound relevant professional experience

• Comprehensive knowledge in the installation of water turbines is a great advantage

• Proficient in handling IT systems, including those for construction management

• Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems as well as knowledge in interpreting construction plans

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Very good knowledge of English required

• Willingness for international travel and stays abroad for several consecutive weeks for construction site or project assignments
