Icelandic speaking Technical Support Agent - in Athens, Greece

We are seeking a dedicated and service-minded Icelandic-speaking customer service agent to join us in Greece!

Workplace: From our office in Athens, Greece ️ Start Date: In 2026 - To be discussed

As a Technical support agent, you’ll be part of a dynamic Icelandic team, handling inquiries from customers for a big international brand .

Your primary tasks will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolving customer issues in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Recording and updating customer data in our system.

Qualifications:

• Fluent or C2 level in Icelandic (written and spoken).
• English C1 level.
• Strong communication skills and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges.
• Good technical skills.
