Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Strategic & Tactical Advice: Advising the board and management on complex HR issues, organizational structure, and change management.
- Policy Development: Developing and implementing future-oriented HR policies focused on performance management, leadership development, and sustainable employability.

Who are you?
You possess excellent communication skills and move with ease across all levels of the organization. Thanks to your analytical ability, you quickly see the core of a problem, while your result-oriented and proactive attitude ensures that plans are actually realized.
Job requirements:
- Work and thinking level: HBO/WO work and thinking level, with a solid HR background. We primarily look at the practical experience and competencies you bring, not just on paper.

- Expertise: Demonstrable experience with organizational development, leadership programs, and talent management.
- Languages: Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

- Solution-oriented & Proactive: You think in opportunities and take action immediately.
- Strong analytical skills: You dissect complex issues and make well-founded choices.
- Organizationally sensitive: You sense relationships well and build strong connections.
- Result-oriented & Communicative: You communicate clearly and are focused on concrete output.
- Collaborative: You are a true team player who connects people.
