Project Manager - HiBob Implementation

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic people, process, data, and technology transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on HiBob (Bob) HRIS implementation, optimisation, and ongoing system enhancement cycles. The successful candidate will have experience managing full project lifecycles, legacy system migrations, data transformation activities, and stakeholder engagement across HR, Technology, and Data functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HiBob implementation, enhancement, and optimisation projects.
• Manage full project lifecycles from discovery through to deployment and benefits realisation.
• Deliver multiple cycles of system change, upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support migration from legacy HR systems into HiBob, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
• Coordinate HR, Technology, Data, and third-party vendors throughout project delivery.
• Lead data review, cleansing, migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain project governance including plans, RAID logs, budgets, and executive reporting.
• Drive user adoption through effective communication, training, and change management.

Essential Experience

• Proven delivery experience with HiBob implementations or HRIS transformation programmes.
• Experience managing multiple cycles of system change within complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of legacy system migration and technology transformation.
• Full lifecycle project management experience.
• Stakeholder management across HR, Technology, Data, Finance, and senior leadership teams.
• Experience supporting data transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
