Warwickshire (Hybrid Working) £30,000 - £33,000 + Benefits The Opportunity We're recruiting for a P2P Planner on behalf of a leading global organisation based in Warwickshire . This is a hybrid position offering an excellent opportunity for a supply chain or customer-focused professional to join a collaborative planning team and play a key role in managing product availability for major UK accounts. The role is responsible for coordinating order planning, supply fulfilment, and customer account activities, ensuring products are delivered efficiently while maintaining high service levels and controlling costs. You'll work closely with customers, logistics providers, sales teams, finance, and supply operations to deliver a seamless service experience. This position would suit someone with experience in supply chain planning, logistics, customer service, order management, or account support who enjoys working with data, building relationships, and solving operational challenges. Key Responsibilities Order Planning & Supply Coordination Manage order planning and fulfilment activities for a portfolio of key customer accounts. Coordinate supply from manufacturing and distribution sources to meet customer demand. Work cross-functionally with logistics, sales, finance, and supply teams to ensure products are delivered on time and in line with customer expectations. Monitor demand, promotions, and customer requirements to maximise product availability. Analyse data using SAP and Excel to support planning activities and reporting. Communicate delivery requirements and schedules with third-party logistics providers. Identify opportunities to improve delivery performance while optimising costs. Investigate and resolve delivery issues, implementing effective solutions where required. Customer & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and supply-related matters. Ensure a high level of customer service through proactive communication and issue resolution. Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives. Skills & Experience Essential Previous experience within supply chain planning, logistics, customer service, order management, or a similar environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach. Desirable Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems. Exposure to Power BI. Supply Chain, Business, or Account Management-related education or qualifications.
