HR Manager - Regional

Your tasks

• Partner with managers and senior leaders to provide practical HR advice and support.
• Manage and advise on a range of employee relations matters and casework.
• Deliver people initiatives and support the implementation of wider people strategies.
• Lead and contribute to projects that enhance employee experience and people processes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple sites.
• Coach, develop and line manage an Advisor
• Use people data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Promote consistent people practices while recognising local team needs and cultures.

Requirements

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders and making a real impact across a diverse organisation? We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR Manager to provide expert people support across multiple locations.

What we offer

£50,000 - £55,000

Other

HR Manager - Field Based Locations covering - Leicester, Peterborough, Milton Keynes 12 month contract - most be available as soon as possible

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across multiple locations, offering the opportunity to influence and support people initiatives across the business. You must own a car and be able to drive for this position.
