Responsibilities Apply paint coatings to automotive vehicles following specified color and quality standards Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure proper paint adhesion Mix and match paint colors accurately to meet customer and manufacturer requirements Inspect painted surfaces for defects and perform touch-ups to maintain high-quality finishes Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and handling materials properly Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deliver vehicles on time
