GLASSWORK is a large company operating in Armenia and Georgia, engaged in the production of metal and translucent structures, whose production capacities and capabilities allow for the production of every type of architectural project.

New, modern approaches to production management are being implemented in the company, and most importantly, opportunities for staff development and progress.

We are a growing company, and parallel to the expansion of our activities, we are looking for our new teammate, with whom we will implement our new projects and recruit new teammates.

Perform job screening,

Perform labor market research and analysis,

Develop and post job advertisements for vacancies,

Perform analysis of received CVs,

Organize and conduct interviews,

Maintain a database of candidates for vacancies,

Draft job descriptions,

Perform employee certification works,

Organize onboarding processes for new employees,

Prepare reports:

Higher education,

2+ years of recruitment experience in the production and construction sectors,

Teamwork,

Responsibility,

Knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel,

Knowledge of English and Russian languages.

Work schedule: six-day, on Saturdays the company works until 14:00.
