Job Summary
You will perform precise on-site glass measurements, install and repair glass products, provide effective customer service, and collaborate with teams to meet business and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Measure and mark glass accurately on-site to prepare for installation or repair
- Read and interpret drawings and glass specifications to guide installation and servicing tasks
- Install, dismantle, or repair glass and mirror products in residential and commercial settings as assigned
- Apply independent judgment to resolve customer issues promptly and deliver effective service
- Provide administrative support to maintain customer satisfaction and enhance sales efficiency
- Collaborate and communicate with internal departments to coordinate business operations and fulfill customer requirements
- Manage team members and resolve on-site problems to ensure smooth project execution
- Work under pressure with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a Local Class 3 Driving Licence (essential for job-related travel)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the glass industry or related field in Singapore
- Basic multilingual communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and teams
- High attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and quality workmanship

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
