Looking to work in a fast-paced, high-production bakery? Glamorgan Bakery is looking for just the right person - experienced, adept, and enthusiastic to join the baking team! The ideal candidate is hard-working, motivated, and can work well in a busy team environment.

The successful hire must be able to work early morning hours even though this particular job is for the daytime baker position . Experience using bakery equipment like mixers, dough sheeter, deep fryer, and bun rounder are assets.

*```Duties```*

• Utilize bakery equipment to facilitate efficient production
• Craft and prepare baked goods
• Ensure every product meets the expectations of the customer and reflects well on the standards of our establishment
• Work alone or with a team to execute recipes
• Handle all hot or dangerous items with care
• Ensure the workstation is cleaned and restocked as needed

*```Qualifications```*

• Knowledge of general baking principles
• Knowledge of safety, health rules, and quality controls
• Can follow detailed written or verbal instructions precisely
• The mindset to work safely around hot or dangerous items
• Capable of standing for a 10-hour shift
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
