Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Grill Cook to join our team at GLADIATOR BURGER & STEAK SCARBOROUGH, in Canada. As a Grill Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious meals that meet our quality standards and contribute to our reputation for great food and service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook burgers, steaks, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is cooked safely and maintained at proper temperatures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station.
- Follow food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
- Assist in food preparation to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a grill cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus.
