We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to act as a strategic partner to leadership, contributing to people development, strengthening organizational culture, and the excellence of HR processes.

Responsibilities and duties
- Plan, develop, and monitor onboarding, training, and development programs for employees;
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative vacancies, directly conducting selection processes for leadership positions;
- Act as a Business Partner to leadership, supporting decisions related to people management, organizational structure, performance, climate, and internal movements;
- Conduct organizational climate, engagement, and internal communication actions, strengthening the company culture;
- Support managers in applying performance management processes, feedback, PDI, 9Box, and succession;
- Monitor Human Resources indicators, such as turnover, absenteeism, vacations, training, and movements, proposing improvement actions;
- Organize and monitor internal events, campaigns, and actions aimed at employee appreciation;
- Act in partnership with the Departamento Pessoal, monitoring admissions, terminations, vacations, benefits, and other labor routines.
Requirements and qualifications
Requirements:
- Completed Higher Education in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources Management, or related areas;
- Experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hotel segment;
- Experience with Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Organizational Climate, and HR indicators;
- Knowledge of labor legislation and Personnel Administration processes;
- Proficiency in Pacote Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience with HR systems (SAP, Gupy, Qulture.Rocks, or similar);
- Intermediate English.
