Senior Buyer

We are looking for a Senior Buyer to act strategically in the management of corporate categories.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Conduct sourcing, negotiation, and contracting processes for the categories under your responsibility, in a consolidated manner across units;
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including validity, price adjustments, addenda, and renewals;
• Build and execute category plans based on spend analysis, market opportunities, and cost reduction potential;
• Perform TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), should cost, and strategic sourcing analyses;
• Qualify and develop the supplier base, ensuring compliance with third-party management requirements and SLAs;
• Act in partnership with requesting areas, supporting contract management during its validity;
• Act as a technical reference in purchasing, contracts, and negotiation;
• Identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields;
• Intermediate English;
• Advanced Excel;
• Knowledge of Procurement ERP.
